Privacy Policy
Bravo Consulting Services, LLC (“Bravo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparency about how we handle information collected through our website. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Effective Date 5/1/2026
1. About This Policy
This policy applies to information collected through bravoconsulting.net (the “Site”). It does not govern information exchanged as part of a client engagement or service agreement — that information is handled under the terms of the applicable service contract.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy. If you have questions, contact us using the information in Section 13.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you submit a form, and automatically as you navigate the Site.
Information you provide directly
When you submit the contact or quote request form on our Site, we collect:
- First and last name
- Business email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Company website URL
- Any message or questions you include in the comments field
We do not collect payment card numbers or financial account information through the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Pages visited, time on page, and navigation path
- Referring URL (the site you came from)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- IP address and derived general location (city/state level — not precise geolocation)
See Section 3 for details on cookies and how to manage them.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support Site functionality, measure performance, and improve your experience. Cookie consent on this Site is managed through CookieYes, a third-party consent management platform. You can review and update your preferences at any time using the cookie settings banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the Site footer.
Cookie categories in use
Necessary cookies — Required for basic Site operation and cannot be disabled. Necessary cookies include WordPress core session and security cookies, WP Engine hosting authentication, Cloudflare security and bot management cookies (__cf_bm, _cfuvid, cf_clearance), Wordfence Web Application Firewall cookies (wfwaf-*), and CSRF protection. These cookies do not collect personal information for marketing purposes.
Functional cookies — Enable enhanced functionality such as recognizing returning visitors and preserving form session data across a visit. HubSpot uses functional cookies to associate contact form submissions with prior Site visits and to support the HubSpot live chat widget if active.
Analytics cookies — Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and navigation. We use two analytics platforms:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) collects pseudonymous usage data including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and device type via the _ga, _gid, and ga* cookie family. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- HubSpot, Inc. collects page visit and behavioral data via the __hstc and __hssc cookie family to support lead management and CRM activity.
- Dealfront (formerly Leadfeeder) identifies the organizations — not individuals — visiting the Site by correlating IP addresses with business databases. This allows us to understand which companies are engaging with our content. Dealfront’s _lfa cookie stores a pseudonymous visitor identifier. No individual employee is identified. For more information, see Dealfront’s privacy policy at dealfront.com/privacy-policy.
Performance cookies — Support Site speed, caching, and content delivery. Cloudflare performance and CDN cookies fall into this category in addition to their security function noted above.
Advertisement cookies — Used to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to connect ad clicks with Site activity. We use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC), which sets the _gcl_au and FPAU first-party cookies via Google Tag Manager to attribute form submissions and key Site actions to advertising campaigns.
